运输政策 / Shipping Policy
拾物目前仅配送至美国本土48州及华盛顿特区；暂不配送至阿拉斯加、夏威夷、APO/FPO 军事地址、美国领地或系统不支持的偏远地区。标准配送免费，预计在10个工作日内送达。加急配送费用为 ¥57，仅适用于纽约市、华盛顿特区、西雅图、洛杉矶、波士顿、芝加哥和迈阿密的合资格邮政区域，预计3个工作日内送达。若符合条件的加急订单未在3个工作日内送达，拾物将退还 ¥57 加急配送费；承运商中断、恶劣天气、自然灾害、政府行为或地址错误等超出合理控制范围的情况除外。工作日不包括周末及美国联邦假日。不支持的地址将在结账时被拒绝。订单发货后会发送追踪信息；高价值订单可能要求签收并投保。顾客须提供完整、准确且可安全收件的地址。

SHIWU currently ships only within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is free and expected within 10 business days. Expedited shipping is ¥57 for eligible postal areas in New York City, Washington, D.C., Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, and Miami, with expected delivery within 3 business days. If an eligible expedited order is late, SHIWU will refund the expedited fee unless the delay results from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking is sent after dispatch, and high-value orders may require an insured signature.

退货与退款政策 / Returns & Refunds
由于拾物销售经过鉴定的二手奢侈品，所有销售原则上均为最终销售，不接受因改变主意、尺寸不合、颜色偏好、已披露瑕疵、图片中显示的状况或二手商品正常磨损而提出的退货。

仅在以下情况可申请例外审核：1）商品在销售时已存在、严重影响使用或结构完整性且商品页面未披露的重大损坏；或 2）存在真实性问题。请在收货后尽快通过 email@shiwu.co 联系我们，并提供订单号、清晰照片及问题说明。未经拾物书面授权，请勿寄回、使用、维修或改动商品。拾物将审核材料；如批准退货，商品须以收到时的状态寄回并经检查。真实性问题经确认后将全额退款；符合条件的未披露重大损坏将根据检查结果退款。

Because SHIWU sells authenticated pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are final except for severe material damage that existed at the time of sale and was not disclosed, or an authenticity issue. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, fit, color preference, disclosed flaws, condition shown in photos, or normal pre-owned wear. Contact email@shiwu.co promptly with the order number, clear photographs, and a description. Do not return, use, repair, or alter the item without written authorization. Approved items must be returned in the condition received and will be inspected before a refund is issued.
